In real estate,
there is a saying, "Location, Location, Location." In the business
world, the saying should be,

the past decade and a half, John Baumann has lead, coordinated, and been a part

When he came on board,
the company John Baumann most recently worked with consisted of 7 industrial
plants with 100 salaried employees and 600 hourly employees. A dozen years
later, the company had 15 U.S. industrial plants with 300 salaried and 1,200
hourly employees, 5 plants in Mexico and 3 in Canada. During that time, he
created, perfected and implemented a Proactive Prevention™: Changing
Corporate Culture™ program which consists of a Discriminatory Harassment
Prevention Program with Seven Phases, a Union Avoidance &
Irrelevancy Program, and an Injury Reduction Program. The financial and
humanistic results have been astounding.

Environment of Business at the University of Louisville's College of Business.
